Hi! I'm Toni, one of the founders of Hand to Hand Care Ltd. Myself and my step Mother Jackie decided to open Hand to Hand Care Ltd back in November 2018. My experience as a ward Sister at both Darent Valley and the Princess Royal Hospitals made me realise the high demand for good care at home.

Running surgical wards I would see the delays in patients getting home to their families and that is something I wanted to help change. Care at home is such an important part of enabling loved ones to stay at home and continue to live their best life as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home in a way that they choose.
