With Winter now here, your chances to get out and exercise may be reduced and you may spend more time sitting down.
However, there are lots of things that you can do at home or in a gym to keep fit and healthy. It doesn't have to be too vigorous, just getting up from you chair on a regular basis for a five minute walk, (around the house), will help to prevent your getting too stiff and sore, with health benefits.
