With Winter now here, your chances to get out and exercise may be reduced and you may spend more time sitting down.

However, there are lots of things that you can do at home or in a gym to keep fit and healthy. It doesn't have to be too vigorous, just getting up from you chair on a regular basis for a five minute walk, (around the house), will help to prevent your getting too stiff and sore, with health benefits.

In the U.K. 25% of adults suffer from Heart Disease.

Exercise and Stress reduction has been shown to help in the reduction and management of this condition.

The exercise doesn't have to be too intensive and is also a good way as well to help reduce your stress levels, manage and prevent Heart disease.

While the good weather, (mostly), continues, this is a good time to get outside and enjoy the many benefits of exercising outdoors, for both your physically and mental health, as well as your overall feeling of well being. It doesn't have to be too strenuous, something is always better than nothing.

Please remember to take some some water with you, (especially on hot days), as its important to keep well hydrated.
