A little update…✨
I’ve been MIA on here recently so thought it was time for a little update and to share more about what’s coming next 🧡
Nutrition has been a huuuge part of my healing journey and focus for a long time and has helped me and those I’ve worked with so much, it still will be a big part of my work and content but I’ve recently been focusing more and more on nervous system regulation - both through my own learning while diving deep into my sound healing training, and through applying it to myself and realising how much it’s needed with our busy, modern lives.
Fuelling ourselves well is so essential and a huge part of healing any health concerns and feeling our best, but you can really only get so far without also addressing stress and suppressed emotions/trauma. Allll the fruit, veg and juicing in the world simply cannot get you to 100% healthy if your nervous system is in a constant state of fight/flight/freeze. So… after a whole load of spinal flow sessions (theee most incredible nervous system focused energy work) sorting my own nervous system with the amazing , lots of somatic sessions and classes, and lots of reading and learning, I’m SO excited to bring it all together both in my content on here and for future events, workshops and retreats, and can’t wait to share more on what’s to come and what I’ve been working on 🫶🏻
For now, there’ll be a little bit more variety on here as I continue sharing my love and learnings around nutrition, but now with a little more other stuff thrown in 🥰 Hope it’s helpful, and if you’re interested in learning more and joining future events or workshops drop me a DM.
