I've devised a short 5 minute easy and fun to follow video that you can use at any time. Mindfulness is only really beneficial to long term mental health if practiced daily, so I recommend trying this video 1-2 times a day for the next 30 days and let me know how your little ones feel! You can call it a "time out" or a "mood boost", so it doesn't feel negative or a punishment ππ
