This company also delivers various programmes to teachers and parents and those who work with young people to enhance their teaching skills and develop techniques to enable them to give genuine advice and guidance to young people who develop problems through adolescence to ensure that young people go on to further education/apprenitceship/employment. Also so that teachers can use early intervention to tackle problems and cope with children with A.D.H.D and other similar problems. This will hopefully empower your children to make positive decisions when they leave school. Also from teachers recieving this training they will understand how to take a youth-led approach
