💡Did you know, if you're aged 65 and over and live in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, you can drop in at a local community pop up vaccination clinic to have your free flu jab?

Men, are you struggling with mental health? Or do you know someone who is?

DGT's very own Bereavement Officer, Teresa Knapp, has created a fantastic support resource for men struggling with their mental health.

The 'Man Alive' padlet is aimed at men from all backgrounds who are suffering from a range of issues including; addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, dissociative disorder, domestic abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder or suicidal thoughts and more.
