🎃 WE’RE HIRING – EVENT CREW NEEDED! 🎃
Date: Saturday 25th October 2025
Time: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: St Mary’s Church Hall, 114 Old Road, DA1 4DZ

Ice Play Ent CIC is back with our annual Children’s Halloween Party, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic people to join our event team for the day!

What you’ll do:
👻 Help set up and decorate before guests arrive
🧾 Welcome families, help with check-ins, and support email sign-ups
☕ Assist in the kitchen – teas, coffees, and light refreshments
🎨 Support activities and craft stations throughout the event
🧹 Help tidy and clear up once the fun is over

Hours: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Competitive hourly rate £10 - £12.50ph
Perks: A fun, community atmosphere + reference for future work

If you’re enthusiastic, enjoy working with children and families, and want to be part of a joyful community event, we’d love to hear from you!
