I specialise in Walk & Talk therapy, which is where we go outside to an area/place of your choice (I do have recommendations if need be as well), and we will have a gentle stroll & talk things through. I do also offer face to face session

s which is held in a peaceful and private room, as well as online via zoom or whatApp video call. Sometimes, something just isn't right, you don't need to have the answers or even be clear about what you need but you can tell me what's been happening & what's been on your mind and together we can figure it all out. Some people may find it difficult to sit still while trying to process their emotions, thoughts and feelings in a traditional therapy room. So, this is why for some people Walk & Talk therapy is maybe a more relaxed option. What is Walk & Talk therapy? It is a talking therapy conducted outside whilst walking. Physical activity can help the client to relax & feel more comfortable. Making it easier to open up & share your thoughts and feelings. There are times in life when things can seem overwhelming - It can happen to any of us, at any time - Please don't feel like you're on your own, I am here for you. I offer different styles of counselling, depending on you & your needs. So this way you get a unique approach that works for you. Together we can make steps to positive changes that can help you feel & be more in control of your life - Built on a trusting & secure relationship with me, your counsellor. The free 20 minute video chat is an opportunity to ask questions about what I can offer you. Discuss what has brought you to me & what you would like to gain from counselling. I currently have space for new clients and wanted to put that out there in case you — or someone you know — has been thinking about starting counselling.

Taking that first step can feel daunting, and it's okay if you're not sure where to start. I offer a free initial introductory call or video call so we can have a conversation, see if we're a good fit, and answer any questions you might have — no pressure, no commitment.

I work with clients aged 16 and over navigating anxiety & overthinking, professional strain, mental fatigue, bereavement/grief, anger management, low self-esteem/self-worth, depression, burnout and felling lost or stuck. Sessions are available face-to-face, walk and talk and online.

When somebody says they're lost.
They're not where they want to be, they feel like they're supposed to be somewhere else.
Say they could snap their fingers and be wherever they wanted to be, I bet they'd still feel lost, not in the right place.
The point is they shouldn't get so hung up on where they'd rather be that they forget how to make the most of where they are now.
Take a break from worrying about what you can't control & Live a little.

Let’s be honest.
Some days your mental health plan is:
“Get through today without crying in Tesco.”
And yes — that still counts.
Healing isn’t always breakthroughs and big realisations.
Sometimes it’s overthinking a conversation from 2014, being tired for no clear reason, or promising an early night and then scrolling anyway.
Counselling isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about making sense of where you are — without judgement.
And if sitting in a room talking feels like too much, that’s okay.
Counselling can also look like a walk, some fresh air, and a chat that feels a bit more natural.
If any of this feels familiar, you don’t need to rush or have the right words.
You can just start with a walk and a conversation — when you’re ready.
