Building a well-balanced plate doesn’t have to be complicated! 🍛

Here’s a simple guide to help you fuel your body the right way:
🥗50% vegetables - packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals.
🍗25% lean proteins - grilled chicken, fish, tofu, or legumes are great proteins for
support muscle growth
🍠 25% healthy carbs - including whole grains, sweet potatoes, quinoa, etc provide
lasting energy!
🫗And don’t forget to stay hydrated! Aiming for 1.5-2 litres of fluids daily.

As we kick off our 2026 goals, it’s time to set the record straight on one of the biggest nutritional myths out there.

❌ THE MYTH: “You can’t get enough protein on a vegetarian or vegan diet.”

✅ THE TRUTH: It is entirely possible to meet (and exceed!) your protein needs on a plant-based diet.

Many plant-based foods are naturally rich in protein and offer incredible secondary benefits like high fibre and health-promoting antioxidants.

Great plant-based protein sources include:
