This week is "Dying Matters" week running from the 6th May to the 12th May.

This week we observe and encourage open conversations around death , dying and bereavement.

It is an essential reminder of the importance of discussing end of life issues with family, friends and health care professionals including planning for future care, end of life care, discussing funeral plans and making wills.

Planning means people will get the support that suits them as they approach their end of life journey 💚
