An outing to M & S Food Hall Dartmouth who kindly donated flower bulbs to The Fleet recently for the residents to plant.

The residents enjoyed planting the bulbs in an activity and are watching them grow around the care home🪻🌷

We visited the local store to give a card to say thank you for their donation to us.

The residents enjoyed a trip out in our minibus to the local garden centre!

They enjoyed looking at the plants and flowers and enjoyed some tea/coffee and cake in the cafe.

The residents enjoy gathering together every Monday. The residents knit a knitting project of their own choice and natter socialising together.

Alongside some of our delicious cake and a tea/coffee here in The Cove Bistro 🍰🫖

A flower themed day here at The Fleet!🌷🌻🪻

The residents enjoyed planting flower bulbs in planters this morning, which were kindly from Marks & Spencer Dartmouth.

A variety of Amaryllis, Iris, Crocus, Muscari and more were planted.

The residents will watch the bulbs grow and bloom into beautiful flowers in the coming weeks in the home.

The residents enjoyed a flower themed quiz this morning also and this afternoon the residents had a flower themed arts and crafts session. Where they painted and created lovely flower paintings together.

The residents have enjoyed spending time together during activities/entertainment, with loved ones who visited over the festive period and with the staff here at the fleet.
