As many of you will know, my lovely friend and colleague Nat, has finished in her role as a Slimming World consultant to go and work with Rowcroft. I am wishing Nat every happiness in her new role ❤️

It does mean though that I have some exciting news to share 😀

As of next week, I will be supporting the Kingsbridge morning group, and from the following week, the Totnes morning group, too 🤩

This means that you can now find me as follows each week:

Tuesday at 9am
