Sports therapy can help sports people maintain there body, aid recovery from sport or competition or help in rehabilitation after an injury. But it can not only be beneficial to sports people, if you don't play sport but have aches and pains from working on a computer, lower back pain from working in the garden or shoulder pain sports therapy could help you. Prices
£30 for half an hour
£45 for a full hour

Your first session would be 15 minutes for consultation and 45 minutes of treatment.

Awesome news, following requests for waxing, mostly cycling and swim related, I have completed and passed a waxing course. My course only covered male waxing so I can now add waxing services to my repertoire.
