Moonology works with the phases of the moon to support reflection, clarity, and direction. During this 90-minute ceremony, you’ll explore lunar themes through a Moonology card pull and set clear, grounded intentions for the year ahead.

🌟 Who is Zest Move?

I'm Kirsty and I started Zest back in 2018 with a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming classes for the community.

I began my journey teaching Yoga, and over time it’s grown to include Mat & Reformer Pilates and Personal Training too. I absolutely love helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

You’ll find me leading group Yoga & Pilates classes across the South Hams – in studios and even on the stunning Blackpool Sands 🌊

Join us this Saturday at 9AM for a magical morning of Silent Disco Yoga at the stunning Blackpool Sands Beach 🌊🌞

What’s Silent Disco Yoga?
You’ll be guided through a gentle, uplifting yoga flow while wearing wireless headphones – so you’ll hear the instructor and music perfectly, no matter where you are on the beach. It’s immersive, peaceful, and SO much fun.

Whether you're an experienced yogi or brand new to the mat – all levels are welcome!
