What a way to start off my holidays, with the "Sunday Crew" Janette, Susan & Bailey at Blackstone Clydesdales. Liberty, Chance, Lucky & Eli took us on a fab hack to Dumfries House. If you love horses I can highly recommend a visit, please give their website a visit. With Christmas around the corner this could be a great gift for someone or just treat yourself. 🥰

Absolute bliss what could be more relaxing than floating hammocks in a heated outdoor swimming pool, with healing sounds all around you. Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, reiki drumming ..... pure indulgence. The water has soothing qualities which when combined with the soothing, relaxin...

Thank you so much to everyone that joined out Floating Sound Bath today.

I love a walk in the rain and did you know that the scent of rain, known as "petrichor," can release endorphins, which can help to improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression & increase relaxation.
It was a beautiful energy today and it just gives the soul another added benefit. So like the trees & flowers we all need a little rain in our life.

It teaches you to be present.
To be free.
To be yourself.

In their eyes — silent understanding.
In their movement — harmony.
And when you're with them, every problem loses its weight.
