Start your week with intention, movement, and balance.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or ready to deepen your flow, there’s space for you here.

Two very different classes to begin your week:

✨ Beginners Flow — 6:00–7:00 PM
Learn the foundations of yoga while connecting movement to breath in a slower paced, supportive practice.

🔥 Mandala Vinyasa Flow — 7:30–8:30 PM
A strong, dynamic vinyasa class working with the elements as we rotate 360° around the mat.

Find your breath. Build strength. Reconnect to yourself.
Let’s kick-start the week feeling grounded and strong 💫💪

As we approach spring, remember that growth begins with letting go. Non-attachment isn’t about not caring, it’s about trusting that when we release the old, we make space for something new to bloom 🌱
