I am so excited to welcome you into the studio for my signature session

Step into stillness with a 70-minute practice blending mindful yoga and therapeutic sound healing.

🧘‍♀️ Flow through 50 minutes of guided yoga designed to open the body and quiet the mind.
🔔 Drift into a 20-minute sound bath savasana, where vibrations guide the body into balance and deep restoration.

Sound healing has been practised since ancient times to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Today, modern research continues to affirm its power.

✨️Lowering stress

✨️nurturing inner peace

✨ Allow the resonance of sound to wash over you.
✨ Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

Foundational Yoga - Monday 6 - 7pm

New to yoga and not sure where to begin?
Coming back to your mat after a break?
Or maybe you simply enjoy a slower, more mindful practice?

Foundational Yoga is the perfect place to start (or restart).

In this class, we’ll focus on the breath as we ease into feel-good stretches before exploring traditional poses like Warrior 2, Triangle, and Tree Pose. With attention to alignment and the supportive use of props, you’ll be able to move safely and confidently through your practice.

Think of it as your yoga reset, a chance to reconnect, recharge, and leave with that feel-good yoga glow to carry into your week. ✨

Feeling recharged & ready to be back in the studio with you this week!

After two beautiful weeks of UK & Norwegian adventures with my family, I’m excited to return to moving, laughing & connecting together. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful summer ☀️

If family commitments or travels kept you away over the holidays, we can’t wait to welcome you back to your mat 🧡✨
