Spending time in nature has to be my most favourite self-care practice.
I love the almost instant feeling of calmness sweeping over me.
I love that I’m surrounded by silence.
I love that sometimes I’m surrounded by birds, trees, a stream or even the sea and I just listen, and feel one with nature.
I love connecting with myself.
I love truly feeling like me.
I love feeling happy.
I love feeling grateful for everything in my life.
All fears and worries leave my body and soul.
All negative thoughts and feelings disappear.
It’s just me, the real me.
