Still after all these years I need reminding of the importance of being in spaces that not only elevate your energy but create safety for you to shift and transform it.

I felt called to spend the day with the harmony hub community- starting with the most nourishing healing moves class, that explored somatic movement created a container for me to truly check in- very very powerful process.

Then back to the original hub for there last to be guided through a deep deep relaxing meditation with liz, what a beautiful journey of peace.

Ending the day with my drum
In a circle of gorgeous women chanting and replenishing my spirit with joy.

Very grateful for a wonderful experience and the connection to my divinely expressed self ✨💛🌞🧘‍♀️🌸
