Together, we’ll share knowledge around herbal remedies and complementary crystals that may help ease seasonal challenges such as hay fever, while bringing balance and calm to your everyday life.
This is a welcoming, open space, a chance to connect, learn and gently explore a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

Whether you’re curious about natural remedies or already on your journey, you’re invited to share, listen, and discover what resonates with you.

We’ll also open the conversation to any other health concerns you may be experiencing, offering supportive guidance and insight in a warm, non-judgemental environment.

There is still time to join us on 11th March 2026, 10:30 til 12:00, to create your own sentimental bracelet for Mothers Day, someone you love or just for yourself.

We are holding the event at Number1 Coffee Shop CIC in our 1st floor shop/therapy space, a calm and welcoming space where you can design and create your own sentimental bracelet for someone special in your life.
Choose from crystals, charms, glass and wooden beads, you will create a piece that is made with love, set with heartfelt intention and gifted with gratitude.

Also in the 28th March, why not join us in making party/festival hair clips?(matching the bracelet?). Again these will be your design and creations, using quality adornments and uniquely you.
