Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the SafeTALK training in Blackburn, focused on su***de awareness and intervention.
It was an incredibly valuable and thought-provoking session, helping me build confidence in recognising when someone may be struggling and how to respond in a supportive, compassionate way.
As a practitioner, I’m passionate about supporting not just physical health, but emotional wellbeing too. This training has given me practical tools to better support my patients and the wider community.
I’m really looking forward to continuing my learning with more training sessions and developing my knowledge and skills further.
Together, we can create a more supportive and understanding community 💛
