Welcome to Benchmark Fitness Ltd, I aim to create Benchmarks in your strength, endurance, cardio and of course body shape. The work outs will be tough but enjoyable, the sessions will be both outside and In, we will be using items such as Barbells, Dumbells, Battle Ropes, Skipping, Sit Up Mats, boxing and of course your own body weight. Let me help you through work outs and nutrition to get you the results you want.

By checking my activity including a work out I've burnt 1520 calories.
So brunch is half banana, wholemeal toast, peanut butter 250 calories per slice.
Deficit of 1020, still have enough energy for tonight's session, then dinner.
Unless you focus it ain't going to happen!
