No filter. Appreciated this light coming in while a pregnant client was getting some much needed R&R. Finding time for yourself when pregnant especially if you have another child at home is SO important. Happy Mummy all the way.

Another fab week of teaching. Keeping classes small to ensure social distance can be maintained when indoors. Summer offer of £7 a class available for one more week only. Interested in getting back some time for yourself. Be selfish, send a DM for more info.

Amazing what the sea and the fresh air can do for your soul. Some much needed time out with the family. Still unsure what the weather will be for the Saturday morning class. Fingers crossed for no rain in the morning, if there is then I’m working on a way to make it work 😊

Another great start to my Saturday. Not one but TWO classes this morning, AND more friendly faces in class. Bonus my mum came to join in too, finally...my harshest critic and the verdict was fab...phew! 😅😆 Classes only £7 each while it’s hot. DM to book in a place for a flow or restorative yoga class

No hump day here! Always the best feeling when you know you have helped in some small way. Outside sessions again this Saturday at 8.15am and 9.30am.

Nothing beats a morning yoga class. Everyone loved the chance to stretch and relax amongst the sounds of the birds chirping and the breeze gently flowing through the trees. If you want to stretch out, release any stress and just find some time for you, then DM for more details 🧘🏽‍♀️

Felt so good to help one of my mummy’s to be this evening. Everything thoroughly cleaned, lots of ventilation and distance. She found some much needed rest and time to bond with baby. If you are looking for support in a clean and comfortable space or want to do it remotely then get in touch. Never forget time for yourself is the best possible time.

Has lockdown left you feeling anxious, tired and tight all over your body? If so, then my Restorative Yoga class is going to kickstart again this Saturday in a beautiful garden. This will allow everyone to be kept apart while reaping the benefits of some much needed time for yourself, your body and mind. Class starts at 9.30am to 10.30am (the weather looks good), costing only £7 for the hour. The class will be close to the green in Englefield Green. DM if you would like to book. Pre booking only allowed.

It’s been a bit quiet for some time here. I know I’m not alone in finding this year a challenge. Struggling with loss, a house move and the world coming to a stop. But the clouds are breaking and the rays of sun are shining through. I will be announcing new classes this week, so watch this space. The studio has now moved from Datchet to Englefield Green.

Happy Earth Day 🌍 At times like this it’s hard to see the light breaking through the clouds, especially if you started home schooling again this week. But the clouds will break and maybe some of us have reconnected with nature and gone for that walk, or taken some time out to tune back into yourself. One major positive we are all hearing from this time is how our lockdown is bringing nature out / back, letting it thrive and breathe. So a sign that you can always look for rainbows 🌈 when it’s dark.
