💙 Blue Therapy for Mothers & Babies 💙
Water has always been my medicine. As a pregnant mum I swam so much – it was my sanctuary, my calm. But once my baby arrived, that ability to soothe myself through water seemed to vanish. Looking back, I wish I had leaned into blue therapy in those early days, weeks, months, and years of motherhood. It could have been such a gentle anchor through the overwhelm.
Now, 17 years later, I crave water more than ever. Whether it’s rivers, canals, the sea, or a swimming pool, I’m always looking for my water fix. In fact, this week when I take my mum out for the day, we’re heading straight to find the sea. 🌊💫
