# # Our Daventry Carers group offers a volunteer peer support for people whose friends or family have been affected by mental illness. # # The Green Health at Daventry is a unique volunteer run peer support group that offers people living with mental illness the opportunity to get involved in horticulture projects. Our group is run by friendly and knowledgeable people, meets weekly and helps members improve their wellbeing in a therapeutic and non-judgmental environment. We meet every Tue 1-3pm at the Daneholme Allotments, Welton Road, Daventry, NN11 0JA. Please get in touch before you arrive so we can ensure you are taken care of. We have been meeting regularly for several years but always welcome new members and carers to join us. We provide mutual support and information through an understanding of shared experiences. We are active in the local community, create publications and deliver a programme of guest speakers. We're part of the wider Rethink Mental Illness charity (Registered in England Number 1227970.
