Stablemates Animal Assisted Therapy Animals help us reconnect with our true instincts. Results show an increase in confidence, self-esteem and positive thinking.

The powerful consequences of tapping into this ancient and underestimated skill set are more important in today's world of technology, than they have ever been. The animals give immediate and non-judgmental feedback on how our energy is felt, and clues on how to improve it. The therapy helps deal with everything from anger management to people suffering from depression, anxiety or bereavement. At Stable Mates, we predominantly use horses and dogs to aid us work through issues, however a variety of animals are available if appropriate.

Some days make a mess of us...and this has been one of them. Our girl Whisp died last night after a rapid decline due to a liver tumour. She has been worth every tear we are crying now....tenfold. So proud to have had this dog in our lives and hearts...an early and crucial part of the Stable Mates team. She took her work very seriously indeed....and many lives were touched by her. Thank you sweet girl ###x
