Home from group and straight to a tasty grill-up! 😋🔥
And WOW… what a morning in group! 🤩✨

The doors were busy with existing members, returners AND brand-new faces – the atmosphere was absolutely buzzing! 💃🕺

The weight losses have been nothing short of AMAZING 👏
🏆 A 6 stone award presented
🏆 2 stone achieved
🏆 A shiny Club 10
🏆 And one of our lovely new members from last week smashed his first ½ stone award with a fantastic 9lbs off! 🙌🔥
