Lunch today was a Burger in a Bowl 🍔🥗 and it hit the spot!

But I fancied a little change for tea, because I didn’t want anything savoury… so it’s melon, strawberries 🍓 and yogurt, with a packet of Snack A Jacks on the side 😋🍈

And you bet I dipped them in my yogurt… don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! 😂

Happy Thursday everyone! ☀️

Productive morning already! Popped to Tesco, dropped the group bits off at New Street ready for tonight, and got a head start on the cooking too 🙌

I’ve been busy in the kitchen — 5% mince turned into meatballs ready for tomorrow’s mini meatball subs 😍 Burger pasta sorted for Kev’s tea tonight, and I’ve saved some for myself to have a delicious burger in a bowl for lunch!

Now it’s time for a little sit down with my cuppa and a yummy, filling breakfast before the rest of the day begins ☕

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this post!! 🤯

Every single week I feel so proud of every member who walks through our doors. The determination, the support, the achievements — both big and small — make our groups such a special place to be. Watching everyone grow in confidence and smash their goals is the best feeling ever. 💕

When we achieved Gold, I truly thought nothing could top that… but wow… you’ve only gone and done it!

I got to try it tonight and I’m honestly SO excited. It’s such a great, fun new way to build your Food Optimising knowledge, understand the why behind the plan, and connect with fellow slimmers from all over the country — all from home!

There’s real-time learning, expert support, science made simple, and that little boost of motivation in between groups… and I absolutely loved it 💛

I’m so excited for you all to try it later this month… I think you’re going to love it just as much as I did! ✨🩷
