In December 149 patients didn't attend their appointment. This adds up to over 31.5 hours of clinical time across our teams. Please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment, this time is precious and cancelling allows us to offer your unwanted appointment to another patient in need. Please note all appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can offer this to someone else.
Did you know you can cancel appointments 24hours a day using the NHS app or online services.

No appointment needed - just drop in at our monthly clinic dedicated to supporting teens.

Christmas might be over but flu season is still in full swing!
This means we continue to get a huge number of requests to review people with coughs and colds which is putting pressure on appointment capacity and demand.
We are keen to ensure that those who are most unwell are prioritised.
Please can you consider this when completing your request and give as much information as possible so that we can prioritise those most at risk such as the elderly and those with a more complex medical history, in particular respiratory conditions.
For the young, particularly school aged children who are well enough to attend school, please can you read the following information, which contains a traffic light system, for advice about when to be concerned before requesting an appointment.
