Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a lifelong condition that affects the brain and spinal cord.

There are lots of possible symptoms of MS. Everyone with this condition is affected differently.

Please note we are not offering the COVID-19 spring booster vaccination within the practice this season.

If you are eligible you can go to a walk-in centre or alternatively you can book this vaccination online or using the NHS app. You can also call 119 for further information and appointment booking.

Would you like to have your say about how schools support children with medical conditions, including bladder and bowel issues?

The Department for Education are consulting on proposed updates to the statutory guidance ' Supporting pupils with medical conditions at school'. They want to hear from individuals and organisations about how children with a range of medical conditions can be better supported in school.

Your feedback can help to finalise the revised guidance and improve safety, consistency and inclusion for children with medical needs.

📣You asked us, we heard you! 📣

Following our recent Patient Survey we are excited that this week we have started our NEW email distribution list 📧

Over 40% of people who answered the survey said that they would like to see practice updates sent out via an email distribution list (this was over 50 more responses that any other answer) so we are pleased that we are able to start sending updates and keep you all informed on changes happening within the practice.

These emails will be sent using our current messaging service Accurx to ensure security and confidentiality. If you would no longer like to receive these emails please do not hesitate to get in touch with the practice directly and we will make a note of this on your records.

Our most recent set of students from Warwick Medical School have recently finished their placement with us at Danetre Medical Practice and we have received some lovely feedback from them regarding their time here.

"Exposure to interesting cases, feeling empowered to take history/perform examinations with supervision"
