Last one of the year 🥳🥳

2025 has been an emotional roller coaster and has definitely tested me at times. I may not have achieved the goals I set at the beginning of the year but one things for sure, if I didn't have the fantastic supportive community of everyone in club, I know I would be heavier and unhealthier than when I started.

Thankyou to all the members for the tears and laughter the support in club is amazing ❤️ 💖

Kaz LH and I have been out and about — from the SASA Wellbeing Hub Community Christmas Fayre on Saturday to The Christmas Market at The White Hart, Shifnal today.

A huge thank you to the wonderful event organisers for having us, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall. We loved chatting to you about how we can help you feel healthier from the inside out this Christmas and beyond. 💚💜
