Our Opening Hours for Easter weekend.

Our normal opening hours will resume from Tuesday 7th April.

This is our wonderful Dittos house being looked over by Davids furry friend. We're pretty sure he can see the Dittos! 😂

We are looking forward to seeing you all take part in the Dittos Trail this year with some new Dittos taking part, including ours.
We have lots of maps to help guide you and you are welcome to pop in for one whenever our shop is open.

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year.

2026 is a very special year for us as we will be celebrating 40 years of Helping Hands. The years have flown by and we are so proud we have been able to help bring Practical, Independent Living Support and a valued Mobility Aid Service to so many people far and wide.
Your support and loyalty over those years have been incredible and we, as a team, are so grateful.

Our popular Hire Service has already begun for the 2026 season so if you are coming on holiday or need help getting around then give us a call or pop in to our high street shop we will be happy to help.

We have plenty of stock arriving this week so don't forget to stock up on those essential items as we will be closed during the festive period.

On Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th November, Dawlish Town Centre will play host to a wonderful weekend of Christmas celebrations.

Look out for our event programmes which will be distributed around the businesses of Dawlish in early November.
