I went for my second cold water swim today and it was amazing. I honestly can’t believe I’m doing it, and I only wish I’d started sooner. There’s something so empowering about stepping out of your comfort zone and into something that makes you feel so alive.

Move to Mend will be starting gently by dipping our toes in towards the end of June, and I can’t wait.
