🩵Like with any tool, it's about feeling into what's right for you and having options there for using your instinct in the moment.

🌻 When you book any sort of support with me, particularly Antenatal sessions and courses, these are always open to not only the birthing person but anyone else who holds a key role in supporting your journey.

🧡 Whoever this is - your partner, husband, mum, sister, best friend - its important for them to also have the education and information they need to support you and your choices.

🌻 Courses like my Antenatal Breastfeeding Workshop (next date 13th July) are created to provide information for everyone and to help those who are supporting you to consider what might be important and helpful to the birthing parent.
