3 Step Rewind

An opportunity to release unwanted physical and/or emotional responses to a previous experience or memory.

I trained to deliver this process as I wanted a tool to help families move forward from a birth or breastfeeding experience that had been traumatic for them.

The process uses deep guided relaxation. You don't have to DO anything, simply listen to my voice and make yourself comfortable for the relaxations.

👋🏻 At some point recently I crept over 1K followers so here's a little re-introduction to me and my work

🌱 I work across South East Kent as a holistic birthkeeper and doula. I support families through the transformative journey of conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum

☀️ I have been involved in breastfeeding support for over 10 years and have worked privately as an IBCLC for 5 years. I offer home visits across South East Kent, clinic appointments in Deal, Kent and also offer remote video call and WhatsApp support. I have a purchasable antenatal webinar too!

🌱 I am trained to deliver 3 Step Rewind sessions as well as running antenatal and hypnobirthing courses.

THE MOTHERS of GAZA

I've spoken of my journey with .infant.nutrition.alliance on several occasions but I wanted to ask my colleagues to share with you what they have learnt and been gifted through their interactions with the Gazan mothers.

What have these incredible women taught us as they navigate circumstances so beyond belief, trying to give their babies the best start in life possible.

Breastfeeding and birthing under violence are daily struggles for the women of Gaza, and yet somehow through these unfathomable moments of despair, they become the ones teaching us. As we guide them and stand alongside them through their breastfeeding journeys we are in a mutually beneficial relationship.

Thank you to my colleagues for sharing their thoughts for and upmost to the mothers of Gaza, Breastfeeing under Violence, and showing us all truly the power of strength, resilience, every drop of human milk and a mothers determination to provide.

Last weekend I ran one of my small group antenatal courses for 3 lovely pregnant couples.

They spent 2 long mornings with me over last weekend, where we went through a full antenatal birth course - talking about physiological birth and optimising hormones, choices we will be offered, decision making and rights in the birth space. As well as learning about hynpobithing as a tool and the power of our brain within the birth space.
