From strolling around Wingham Wildlife Park with friends, picnic in the sunshine, soft play chaos and a much‑needed coffee…
to smashing circuits tonight (or as hubby calls it… P.E. 🤣).
Even squeezed in a quick‑cook jalfrezi from the Slimming World Kitchen.
Every second loved, even the battle ropes and burpees 🫣.. and 100% on plan ✨
