Today's theme for National Eye Health Week - eyes at work.

Screens, lighting and long days can strain your eyes.

If you feel that screen usage is affecting your eyes, let us know. We can talk you through potential options and advise on alleviating discomfort.

And of course, make sure you take regular breaks. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. The 20 20 20 rule!
