After just one treatment not only will you feel super relaxed, you will also feel lighter, less puffy, less bloated and feel more clear headed.

Follow these steps to prepare for your treatment to get the best results.

1. HYDRATE - HYDRATE - HYDRATE.

Drinking plenty of water before and after your treatment will help your lymphatic system effectively flush out toxins and waste and your lymph can flow more freely.

2. AVOID HEAVY MEALS.

Do not eat for two hours before your treatment. You do not want to feel sluggish or uncomfortable on the massage couch.

3. AVOID CAFFEINE & ALCOHOL & CARBONATED DRINKS.

Caffeine, Alcohol & Carbonated Drinks can cause fluid retention and both dehydrate the body so avoid both the day before for the best result.

4. WEAR COMFY CLOTHING.

Loungewear , Pyjamas, anything comfy, you want to feel relaxed post-treatment.
