Let's talk about the January blues... Maybe you've already hit this spot.
I'm feeling glum, and I don't really have a reason why. The weathers been grey and the damp chilling to the bones.
I know this feeling will pass, when the sun starts to shine again, and my energy starts to rise.
So for now a reminder to be kind to yourself.
Head out for a 20 minute walk. Take in the delight of the birdsong, and notice the small things. Snowdrops, spring bulbs rising from the ground and buds starting to form on the trees.
Or
Spontaneous kitchen dancing. Put on your favourite track and sing and dance whilst cooking up that warming dinner.
