Healing the Mother Wound and the Witch Wound is a sacred descent into the shadows of the feminine lineage, a process that unearths our true essence.

The Mother Wound:
Healing the Lineage Spiritually, the Mother Wound is not just about our own mother, but the inherited grief of generations of women who had to shrink to survive. It is the sacred ache passed down through the bloodline.

When we learn to face these wounds, we stop being the vessel for our ancestors incomplete lives. We transform from being a carrier of burdens into a Weaver, choosing which threads of her lineage to keep and which to ritually burn.

The Witch Wound is the collective cellular memory of the ‘Burning Times’ the spiritual trauma of being persecuted for using one's voice, intuition, and power.

Healing this wound is an act of Soul Retrieval. It involves calling back the parts of yourself that were hidden away for safety; the seer, the healer, and the wild woman.

This powerful and empowering day will guide you towards a realisation that your intuition is not a danger, but your compass. You can move from "hiding" to "shining," understanding that your power is a service to the world, not a threat to it.

When these two wounds are tended to together, we undergo a Great Rite of Passage and this event will hold you in a safe space to feel, reflect and to not fear your authentic self amongst likeminded women.

I will not teach you, but guide you safely - to clear the debris of the past, where you can then create space for the Divine Feminine to flow through you. You no longer ask for permission to exist…

The scars of our past don't disappear, they turn into powerful sigils of wisdom, marking us as women who have walked through the fire and returned with our spirit intact.

This will be a day of information, guidance, sharing of knowledge to help you to grow. It will be soulful, fun; filled with rituals and stories; a sharing of refreshments, herbal teas and one another’s company.

It’s fair to say that the past few weeks for me have been incredibly challenging…. Being spiritual, doesn’t mean that we’re immune to life’s ups and downs; and I have found myself losing some of my mojo ✨💫

I’m truly grateful for my journey and my spiritual team, but sometimes, there’s just too many curveballs and the universe just needs to slow it down! 🙄 PLEASE 🙏🏻🤪

Finding your lane again is tricky, but my eyes are still wide open to all the synchronicities that I’ve seen…. I’ve not stopped seeing the signs, my heart has just been a little broken and I’ve been gathering up the pieces to rebuild.

So if you’re going through your own struggles, I see you and please believe that the dark days will pass…. 🙏🏻✨

To understand the 'witch' is to uncover the buried history of womanhood itself, a lineage where the village healer, the midwife, and the authentic and wisdom seekers were transformed into figures to be feared and to silence their rising power.

Healing the Witch Wound and the Mother Wound are deeply interconnected as they both involve unraveling layers of inherited suppression and systemic silencing.

At their core, both wounds represent a fear of female expression; the Mother Wound often stems from a mother’s own unfulfilled potential and the pressure to conform to societal roles, while the Witch Wound is the ancestral fear of being persecuted for one's power and intuition. Both healing journeys require moving past the 'safety' of being small, reclaiming a lost lineage of wisdom, and transforming the shame of being different into the strength of being whole.

Ultimately, healing one often facilitates the other, as both demand that you stop dimming your light to appease the structures that once sought to keep women contained.

Whether you are interested in folklore, Witches (past and present), or the magnificence of the Wise Woman, both are so interconnected. Perhaps you have a curiosity for our history, perhaps you have an interest in furthering your broad knowledge of witches and who/how the term 'witch' was coined?

With the setting of the sun tonight, a piece of my heart is tethered forever to our dearest of friends, companion and family member….

Louis provided us with unconditional love., warmth, strength, fun and adventure. With every day for 8 years he was our most cherished and most precious gift.

From a rescued puppy at just 3 months he came into our home and hearts and has changed our lives forever.

His spirit lives on in us and us in him - and upon this Waxing Crescent moon, she smiles softly upon Louis, cradling him in her arms until he rises again with the warmth of the sun.

Life is indeed eternal, we just pass through and touch the hearts of others and then channelled into us if we’re lucky enough.

The pain of loss is unbearable… but in time we will heal and remember all the fun we had. It’s moments like these which make me feel, it’s okay when my time comes. We’ve got relationships that are eternal and this fabulous Wheel of Life enables us to steer ourselves to a love everlasting.
