Exciting Update: Transitioning to the Anima Online Triage Appointment System

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new online triage appointment system called Anima, which we aim to have fully up and running by mid to late February. This new system will allow us to triage patients more efficiently, ensuring that appointments are given based on urgency and need. The system will also let you submit medical or administrative requests online, eliminating the need to wait in phone queues.

We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes, and we are confident that this will significantly improve our service to you. Be sure to keep an eye on our website and posters in the coming weeks for more information.

How to Make the Most of the New System:

To make this transition even easier, we highly encourage all patients to sign up for the NHS App. The NHS App will give you the ability to:

Book and manage appointments
Order repeat prescriptions
Access your medical records
Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play, and follow the instructions to sign up.
