Our Story
We at HDB First Aid Training have been providing first aid training throughout the UK to schools, nurseries, care homes, general businesses and members of the public for just over six years. It has been an exciting journey to say the least. Also, very rewarding too. We have many happy repeat customers who have been delighted with our training and course costs. We have a training venue here in Deal Kent where we can facilitate up to twelve learners on our courses. We also travel across the UK to provide essential training to all our customers and we have ventured as far as Scotland. Whether you require a group training session either at your venue or ours, we also hold open courses every month here in Deal for small groups or individuals who require their first aid qualification. We also provide lunch on our courses with a choice of three different options at a very minimal additional cost.
All our courses include learner manuals and accredited certification of which are valid for three years and are accepted by Ofsted.
We have a small team of experienced trainers who will deliver your training in a fun, engaging and interactive style. Nick, our lead trainer, before teaching first aid served fifteen years in HMS Forces where he spent several years teaching trainees and recruits in various subjects. However, unfortunately his career was cut short due to sustaining injury in service. He now takes great pride in delivering first aid to those attend our courses. He holds a vast array of qualifications which allow him to both teach and access his learners. We would like to thank all those who have given us the opportunity in providing their training over the past few years which of course has helped us grow and gain a fantastic reputation.
Finally, please note that for the past six years we have operated under the name of LifeAid Training Services. However, we have recently rebranded to HDB First Aid Training.
