Slowing down is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. It's where transformation happens. I was fortunate to be part of an amazing yoga class on Monday, held by Sodashi Devi (link below), and this was the very theme for the evening. I came away feeling calm, restored and rested. The same applies for a reflexology session. It's that moment in the week where you can stop, slow your mind, sink into your body and calm your nervous system. I am sure this is why most of my clients sleep during the treatment. It's their body & mind having an opportunity to rest and restore ✨

As spring leads us into warmer days & we watch the bluebells grow while trees blossom, I believe this is a sign for us to do the same for ourselves. Using reflexology & reiki, you'll receive a nurturing treatment in a tranquil space where you can harness your inner energy, restore what is depleted, ignite your glow, and blossom with renewed wellness 🪻✨

So here's the thing. Most people sleep through a treatment. Some doze on & off. Some just close their eyes & listen to the music, enjoy the sensations & feel pampered. Some like to talk throughout the treatment. It struck me that everyone gets exactly what they need in a safe & nurturing space, what their body/mind/soul craves & what ultimately does them good. And that, my friends, is what I love about this job 💖

Every reflexologist knows… the session always follows the same script 😂

You arrive fully alert, slightly apologetic about your feet, determined to stay awake…
…and 10 minutes later you’re somewhere between “this is lovely” and “what day is it again?”

We’ve seen it all. And honestly? That’s kind of the point 💜

The early months with a baby are full of learning. Reading cues, finding rhythms, and figuring out what helps your baby feel safe, calm, and settled. Baby reflexology is not about fixing or treating anything, but about gentle, responsive touch and connection.

Simple reflexology techniques can be used as part of everyday routines to support comfort, relaxation, and bonding. Through calm, attentive touch, babies may begin to associate these moments with safety and reassurance, which can help them settle more easily and relax into rest.

Many parents find that baby reflexology also helps them slow down, tune in, and feel more confident responding to their baby’s signals. These shared moments of connection can support emotional closeness and create a sense of calm for both parent and baby during a time that can otherwise feel overwhelming.

When practiced gently and responsively, baby reflexology can be a nurturing way to support wellbeing in the early months, alongside routine postnatal and infant care. 👶👣

Mothers Day is not too far away and no matter who you choose to celebrate this day with, a gift voucher for a reflexology treatment celebrates love by giving love - a relaxing, healing and restorative session to calm the nervous system, lay back and reset. There's still time, so drop me a message and your gift is sorted x

Reflexology has many unofficial job titles.
None of them are on the certificate.
All of them show up in practice. 😃

However you describe it, the goal is the same:
less tension, slower breath, and a nervous system that finally stands down.

If you have private healthcare, or a work-related cashback scheme like Simply Health or Medicash, there is often the ability to claim back the cost of reflexology treatments, and I have several clients who have done just that! So... check what your policies offer and, if covered, feel free to make a booking. Afterwards, I issue a paid invoice for reimbursement - easy! x

A dear friend told me that her recently passed mother 'left nothing unresolved'. What a powerful statement. It is a reminder that it is so important to walk the path of our highest & best and to be our most authentic selves. Tackle the issues, have the hard conversations, organise what needs organising, put your best foot forward and leave your footprints in the sand. I thank her for the reminder 🙏🥰✨

Proud to be a Level 5 practitioner 👣

What does Level 5 Reflexology actually mean?

Level 5 is the highest level of reflexology training currently recognised in the UK — and it goes far beyond learning techniques.

A Level 5 practitioner is trained to work clinically, safely, and ethically, with a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, stress response, evidence-based practice, and integrated medicine.

This level of training prepares practitioners to support complex, long-term, and vulnerable clients, and to work confidently alongside other healthcare professionals.

💙 Because when clients trust you with their health, training matters.
