SEEKING SERENITY?



Hmm.



Well, OK. Maybe you didn’t find that Japanese Guru – on an island, in the middle of a lake, after a long mountain trek. In the Far East.



So much Searching!



I understand.



However, I can offer you the Cotswold town of Banbury. It may not be the romance you hoped for. I sometimes wonder how long people are prepared to wait before they seek support? My advice is not to leave it too long. There are things you need to talk through, ask for advice, gain wisdom, and find that all important way through, before things get too tangled to handle.

good nourishment...

REMEMBER TO NURTURE
The demands of our fast-paced life can outstrip the body’s natural ability to cope. Stresses limit nutrient absorption and lead to deficiency in vital vitamins and minerals. This, together with related adrenal exhaustion leads to over-eating, weight gain, unhappiness, lethargy, anxiety and eventually - disease.

Allow time to relish your nourishment - give yourself time to eat, without over-eating. Pace yourself, because you’re beginning to realise how important you are, and how important good food is to you, the right food. Look at how different foods affect you. The wrong food can quickly drain energy, and with it go confidence and self-esteem.

So, by experimenting, and choosing good food, you will soon become aware of how much better your nourishment makes you feel. Eat organic when you can & cut out highly processed food. A simple rule is to eliminate white flour and white sugar. Do this and you’ll soon be boosting energy levels. Give it a try for a few days and ask yourself ‘How am I now’?

CHANGE FROM SURVIVE

-TO THRIVE...



In my experience, it's been a while since we felt any Thriving. Survival has kicked in. Times have changed beyond anything we expected.



Before, each of us felt at least some degree of control and security in the strata of our lives - Family, Work, Tech., Healthcare, Income & Budgets, Recreation, Sociability, Spirituality and Creativity. All these elements had a level of reliability.



But times have changed. Our lives, and the lives of others have changed, surprisingly fast, and we’re realising how comfortable things felt then, compared to now. We’re confused, and it’s scary.



Nevertheless, Don’t lose your Mojo.

I’m going to suggest that all is not lost.



Our World turns every day. Every Day! Imagine the energy needed to make that happen and you

Yes, You!

are part of that Energy!



Heck! I Can’t Stress it Enough....

It’s a billions and millions-to-one chance you’re even on this Planet today, so you are an Important part of that Energy. There’s No-One like You in the Entire Universe. You Are Amazing!!



-So many Caps! - And Exclamation marks!!! - There I go again! But you get my drift. You have qualities you haven’t yet looked for, because ‘till now, you didn’t need to.



So. Put down that packet of crisps (& cover your camera lens with a post-it before AI gets the better of you!)



-because maybe now it’s time. Where do you want to be in your future? What are Your resources, what would be interesting and new? - the best direction for you? Who can help you find yourself again? Because, let me remind you - You are Worth it!

overloaded?....

CAN'T SE INFINITY?...

Maybe not. Because overload is a thing right now. And the more we take on, the more we find ourselves in the clutches of a system designed to treat us as an automaton – a pre-determined mechanical device.
Now, I have to admit that sometimes, this is what the job demands, and we play the part we’re trained for – we’re good at it - aeronautics, engineering, law, farming, tradesmen, healthcare (all sorts!), hospitality – as well as all those unsung hard-working self-employed Entrepreneurs out there. These vocations are precise, necessary, and demanding because there are deadlines. It’s what’s needed – everyone is committed to a good outcome.
Certainly, enjoy the buzz, relish it. But it’s not in the public interest to go beyond your own limits. So I want you to recognise your limits. Remember to take a step back sometimes. Allow time, for yourself, and time to listen to family and friends.
Remind yourself to take that time, for You – before it gets too much. You are the only person who can assess this. Ask questions. Stay aware. Listen to how pressure is affecting you and step back sometimes.
It matters.
