Everyone experiences bouts of anxiety as they go through life. Indeed, a little anxiety reminds us to ring our parents regularly. Anxiety gets us to the train station on time, it often helps us cope with a stressful phase. It’s the impetus to step up. This is normal and most of the time cuts through any lethargy, getting us through,

However, we can’t allow constant, focused anxiety because if anxiety escalates it becomes Acute Anxiety. A serious disorder. Thoughts, feelings and physical sensations are all wound up in Acute Anxiety, one of the most crippling disorders humans, animals and even plants can experience.

Acute anxiety will curtail normal daily life and it can be immediate – panic, uncontrolled anger, extreme emotion, inhibition and seizure. Acute Anxiety inhibits thriving and limits movement, impetus, creativity, confidence and sociability.

I know, Christmas is coming - but this gentleman knows stuff! And I like his style. Stay safe and get a system People! Look at things long-term. You'll thank him, and his philosophies, in a years time. Bonus - Stay in control and you'll probably feel richer than you've ever felt before.

Most people think they have a money problem.
But what they have is a missing system problem.

Money does not organize itself.
Money responds to structure.
Without a system, everything you earn leaks into impulse, emergencies and convenience.

A salary without a system disappears.
A side hustle without a system collapses.
Savings without a system become withdrawals.
A budget without a system becomes a suggestion.

The truth is simple:

You do not rise financially by earning more.
You rise by managing consistently.

A money system is not complicated.
It is discipline disguised as routine.

It looks like:

• Knowing where every shilling goes
• Separating spending from savings
• Automating what you can
• Tracking weekly, not yearly
• Setting limits before emotion enters
• Planning for big expenses in advance
• Building small buffers to prevent panic
• Treating money intentionally, not emotionally

The problem is most people rely on vibes.
They spend first, then ask questions later.
They save only when it feels convenient.
They panic during emergencies because nothing was structured.
They repeat the same cycle monthly and call it “bad luck.”

A money system protects you from yourself.

It keeps you accountable on days you feel careless.
It prevents lifestyle creep.
It exposes waste.
It creates stability.
It builds momentum.

You do not need more income to change your life.
You need a system that respects the income you already have.

Because money without a system behaves like water without a container.
It will find the easiest exit and disappear.
