Incredible women lift each other up! ✨

I was invited to attend the launch of ‘Face Up’ Uk in Notting Hill on Saturday! What an inspiring day filled with shared visions of health, healing and beauty.

It was such a privilege to attend the launch event with founder Marja Putkisto, hear from her clients and meet the wider Finnish team.

I am constantly evolving my practice and will expand my toolkit even further as an instructor in the method later this year!

Looking forward to sharing more updates and offerings as I progress on the journey ❤️‍🔥

The menopause is mainstream; more and more women are speaking up about the debilitating symptoms they experience and feeling empowered to seek support.

Whether or not HRT is part of your treatment plan, acupuncture works well alongside western medicine approaches to help lessen the impact of this transitional period - it can last more than 10 years for some women!

When addressing peri and menopause symptoms, a licensed acupuncturist (Lic Ac) will create a tailored treatment plan based on individual presentation. Time and time again, we see women benefit from stabilised mood, better sleep, reduced muscular/ joint pain, less heat symptoms and an overall returning sense of control.

As part of my practice I also coach women in lifestyle changes and self care techniques to help navigate what can seem like the bleakest of times.

I took my son on an adventure to Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 🦎🥥🏝️☀️

Highlights were incredible wildlife - elephants, a leopard, seas turtles, magnificent bird life, insects galore and more.

White water rafting, hiking, jungle trekking, waterfall swimming, surfing, safari, football with the locals, a spot of history and curry for nearly every meal!

Also got nibbled by leeches and shared a tent with an enormous spider and a guardian gecko! 🦎

Magical memories, new friends and a plan to return ✨🌏🪷

Did you know I specialise in the treatment of babies, children and teens?

Following my degree I trained for a further year with the incredible at in order to welcome children of all ages into my clinic.

This is just a few of the conditions I have seen in the past week, all these children and teens need compassionate care and support, and so do the parents caring for them.

More and more families want to support their children’s innate healing mechanisms. Once serious medical conditions have been investigated and ruled out there’s often a void which is deeply distressing when symptoms remain.

Acupuncture, when practiced by licensed practitioners is an incredibly powerful and positive addition to the family wellbeing dynamic.

Oooh such beautiful feedback at the start of the week!

What started out as a musculoskeletal treatment, soon progressed into a transformative healing journey.

Having committed to and loved facial Guasha, this was my patient’s first time experiencing facial acupuncture.

There are so many beautiful aspects to our medicine, and the journeys we get to share with you are so special.

Happy Chinese New Year!

It’s the year of the snake 🐍

The story of the zodiac tells us that the Jade Emperor, or Buddha, depending on the version of the tale, called a race of animals to see who would earn a place one of 12 revered positions in the zodiac calendar.

Do you know the story?

The snake tucked himself behind the horse’s hoof and appeared just as the horse reached the finish line and sneaked ahead, arriving in sixth place!

Next year, the year of the horse is my year! I see you snakes! 🐍 🐎 😉

Acupuncture for babies!

It’s gentle, safe and effective for so many conditions throughout childhood, right from the first few weeks.

I had the privilege of treating our gorgeous 12 week old patient for constipation on Saturday - with great success! 👶🏻😄
