🎉 I did it! I am officially a certified Baby Massage Instructor!

I honestly cannot put into words how proud and excited I feel right now. After weeks of studying, practising, and pouring my heart into this — I have officially achieved my certificate in Baby Massage. 🌙✨

This means so much to me.

Cosmos & Holly was born from a genuine passion for supporting families in those precious early months — and now I have the qualification to back it up and do it properly. I cannot wait to share everything I’ve learned with you and your little ones. 💛

To every single person who has shown support, sent a kind message, or simply followed along on this journey — thank you. From the bottom of my heart. This is just the beginning. 🌿

My FREE baby massage workshop is complete!

The last four weeks have flown by. I have met some incredible people old and new. We have shared new ideas and knowledge on local groups and services available to all parents, as well as shared personal journeys as a suggestion when others asked if they could share their experiences. It was open to learn from one another, get new ideas and be the best we could be.

We have laughed and been in thought through guided breathing one week to the craziness babies bring in to our lives in other weeks.

We held a space to feel relaxed, be ourselves and be present with our little ones to cherish this time as before we know it they're off.

We are delighted to update you about a series of 4-week massage courses being held at our nursery in collaboration with Cosmos & Holly. Starting the 18th of May, these relaxed and nurturing sessions will take place every week from 9.30–10.30am, offering a wonderful opportunity to learn calming massage techniques in a supportive environment. 🌟 Exciting news — Cosmos & Holly is coming to Peterborough!

I am absolutely thrilled to announce a brand new collaboration with the wonderful Twizzle Tops Nursery Peterborough — and I could not be more excited to bring baby massage classes to their beautiful setting! 🌿

Starting Monday 18th May, I’ll be running baby massage sessions on a four week cycle at Twizzle Tops, open to all local families with babies aged 8 weeks and older who are not yet crawling.

📍 Twizzle Tops Day Nursery, Peterborough, PE2 6FL
🕐 Mondays, 9:30am – 10:30am
📅 Starting Monday 18th May 2026

📵 Please note — mobile phones are not permitted on the nursery premises during sessions.
This is in place to protect the safety and privacy of the children who attend Twizzle Tops. If you bring your phone with you, it will need to be stored securely in a box for the duration of the session.

Honestly? We think that’s a beautiful thing. No distractions, no scrolling — just you and your baby, fully present and connected. Exactly how it should be. 🌙

It's week three already! 🌿

Time really does fly when we're having fun, doesn't it? 🤯

I'm getting ready to say goodbye to this lovely group of mums and babies after next week's baby massage class. It's hard to believe it's come to an end! This also means I'll be finishing up my case study for my baby massage qualification 🤍
