Messages from loved ones who have passed over come from the 4th dimensional field - we live in the 3rd dimension.

So the guidance you get from loved ones feels closer to reality because the spirit is drawing from 3 dimensional reality.

Trust - this is what you develop when you open to your own source energy.

Trust is what either stops you or accelerates you on your spiritual path.

It's like a calling or a knowing that you want to trust, but your life experience so far doesn't want to.

It's new, it's different and what if you've not been getting the feeling right?

You woke up today and felt something different. You've felt it for a while but unable to really know what it is.

No one understands or you feel silly telling them about it.

I would get tingling on one part of my head. My ears ringing. My hands felt magnetic at times. I had a knowing.

It was a friend telling me about Reiki in 2008 that I thought let's do it.

I had one session and booked on the course.

The following month I felt immense changes in my skin, my physical isle body purged, I felt a whole new calm and people commented on me having a glow!

Self healing really gave something back to me. Something all these years later I can still access for myself.

Reiki is like a life skill to understanding your energy. It's so gentle yet so transformational.

In Self Healing the biggest thing I hear is not having the confidence in your abilities.

I fell into Reiki by accident.

Reiki found me.

Reiki met me at a time my life was spiralling with loss and learning to figure out a new way back in 2008.

I'd never been one for self care, but I had felt energy for most of my life.

But because it wasn't explained, and it was feared I stayed away from it. Until I couldn't anymore.

I started Reiki with no previous knowledge. Just one reiki session.

I'd felt the magnetic pull around my head and was hooked.

The confidence to self heal came from my teacher and their practical guidance.

To this day I teach always with this in mind: to create and encourage confidence within students for their own self practice, and at later stages professional practice too.

Energy is powerful.
Accessing Reiki is gentle yet transformational.

Start 2026 with the gift of Self Healing ⭐

Over 2 Saturday's in 2026 I'll be sharing and teaching the wonderful holistic wellbeing practices of Usui Reiki for Self Healing.

This is a not a professional practice training, but can be used as the foundation for Level 2 Professional Practice.

On the Level 1 Training you'll learn how to ground (and really ground) in a way your body didn't know it could.

You'll receive an in person attunement which activates your physical chakras in the body. "Waking Up" the physical body to the universal energy.

You'll learn about how Reiki can be used and experience 3 foundational practices that will help you with your energy practice.

I say it's a bit like learning to drive with the mirror, signal, mirror, manoeuvre. Skills you learn and practice until they just become so natural to you.

There is space for learning to protect, connect, intend and disconnect from Reiki.

And you'll actually practice everything over the 2 days so when you complete the training you have real experiences to build on.

Plus after training I have a online space where all students who have trained with me connect.

And if you love the practice of self healing and the benefits, you can go on to train at Level 2 to Level 3.

And you can do this in the space of 9-12 months, or at your own pace.
