**The Hennessy Partnership – Patio Planting with Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk**

Here at The Hennessy Partnership and over at Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk, whilst the sun is still shining, our residents have been completing some gardening. Tidying up and watering the flower beds, they have spent time sweeping and placing new furniture in the best spots. Supporting our residents both in and out of the home, with activities that they love and thoroughly enjoy.

At The Hennessy Partnership, we provide specialist therapy-led care and support for adults and older persons with complex needs arising from dementia, challenging behaviour, enduring mental health, neuro-disability, and brain injury. Our therapeutic approach is inspired and steered by our in-house Therapy team and ensures we provide the highest possible level of support and care, using methodology of a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, our residents over at Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk have spent time listening to short stories and looking at the books themselves.

All our residents are encouraged to look at and read books about everyday life to help keep them in touch with everyday experiences.

We believe this reinforces their memories and helps them to relive their experiences from their lives, prior to joining The Hennessy Partnership family.

**The Hennessy Partnership – Dance Day with Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk**

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we encourage our residents to stay active. Today a couple of our residents have been teaching our Deputy Manager how to dance. There has been lots of movement and we know that this is a fantastic way to support mobility and keeping our residents active.
Lots of fun was had and there were some fantastic moves from both residents and our Deputy Manager.

**The Hennessy Partnership – Motor Skills with Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk**

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we encourage our resident to take part in activities that stimulate memories and use their fine motor skills. Our residents at Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk have chosen to engage in in word games, jigsaws and even the start of building a model tank.
