Tyr Ysgol pupils thoroughly enjoyed watching the beautiful Christmas film “The Polar Express” today many thanks to Twm or Nant theatre and the Denbigh film club for your kindness and warm welcome making it a very special Christmas experience for our pupils.

Some of our Park Street school council pupils drew the YPBD Christmas Raffle this afternoon. We would like to thank everyone for their generous donations towards the hamper prizes, and also a huge congratulations to all the winners who will be notified by the end of this week.
We would like to wish everyone a wonderful Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda from all of us at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn.

Primary site had a very special visit from Santa yesterday, all the children were very excited to see Santa and his helper Ella the elf 🎅🎄

Some of the pupils from Ty’r Ysgol went up to Moel Famau to visit the donkeys. They had a wonderful time, feeding and grooming them.
They enjoyed having a hot chocolate and snack afterwards and we all left feeling very festive .

Ty’r Ysgol pupils had a lovely visit from Nansi and Rosie from Moel Famau donkeys, they had lots of fun feeding and stroking them.
Nansi and Rosie are the two donkeys we decided to adopt last year.

This afternoon Dosbarth Piws, Melyn & Glas have taken part in thier Christmas sing along🎶🎄

The children all sang amazingly and it was really nice to see so many parents joining in too. We can’t wait to do it all again next week for the Dosbarth Coch, Gwyrdd & Oren.

We would also like to say a big thank you to Llaethdy Liwyn Banc Dairy for very kindly donating our beautiful Christmas tree for all the children to sing around 🎄

We are extremely proud of our pupils who took part in the new age kurling panathlon competition yesterday. They represented our school with pride and showed off their kurling skills along with kindness and respect for the participating teams. Our wonderful pupils went and won 1st and 3rd place! Da Iawn Pawb!
