On Tuesday, the Live Longer Better Team had the pleasure of attending the Ukraine ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) group to do a talk on ageing well and offer some Functional Fitness MOT's! This is an excellent tool used to assess how a person's strength, balance and flexibility is compared to people their own age and give ideas of areas to to work on, and ideas on how!

Everyone enjoyed the tests, and each person went away with things they are going to work on such as flexibility.

Want to find out how you are doing for your age? Visit us at Hayling Island Community Centre In January! https://www.getupandgohavant.com/service-page/functional-fitness-mot-online-bookings?referral=service_list_widget
