As a footballer myself, I was very excited to receive an email this afternoon from a player at the Havant and Waterlooville women's Walking football team. I am pleased to announce that they are the latest addition to our community offer! ⚽️💚

The session takes place every Friday 6-7pm soon to be 7:30pm at the Havant and Waterlooville Football Club. The first session is free and then £3 thereafter. No commitment required as you pay as you play. No experience or particular fitness level required. It's aimed at women over 40 and we have all different ages joining in. It's a great opportunity to not only get out in the fresh air with women of a similar age but its great fun too. Great for fitness, menopause aches and pains and overall mental health! The session is sponsored by KB Electrics

Thank you Active8 Minds !

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Active8 Minds for delivering our Walking Football sessions. The team have worked incredibly hard to facilitate the sessions every week, for a long time. We know that from participants feedback this session has had a significantly positive impact on both their physical and mental health. We have a great working partnership with the team at Active8 Minds and we look forward to continuing working with them for our adults Multi sports session!

Due to our lack of funding we are now working in partnership with another organisation to ensure our Walking Football is sustainable for the future and our participants! More info to follow....⚽️
