Worried for one reason or another, so let me put your mind at ease because I'm sure you're not alone ❤️

You might be saying to yourself:

💥‘No way, I haven't been to group for a couple of weeks. I couldn't go back now.’

💥'I've put weight back on, I can’t go back.’

💥'I've joined so many times now, I'm worried about what everyone will think.’

💥’I'm so embarrassed to go back now’.

💥 Val messaged me a while back and I didn't reply.'

These feelings are what keep us from achieving our dreams, they keep us away from group and away from all the support we need to succeed.

So please be reassured that in our groups , you will be welcomed back with warmth, care and respect.
