Client came in with a tear in his infraspinatus and supraspinatus muscles.

These are part of the rotator cuff and provide assistance with lateral raise and internal/external rotation.

Working with the muscles through range of movement allows better movement as allowing lengthening of the muscle. Helping to repair and alert new nutrients to heal the tissue.

First session and got better range of movement and lower pain level πŸ‘βœ…
