Had a lovely morning at the Wellness event in Stenson Fields
💚I was invited as the guest speaker to talk about healthy food and meal planning, and it was such a positive experience.
🧡As a coach, it’s always inspiring to be in a room full of amazing people who are experts in their own bodies and passionate about helping themselves.
💚The women there today were enthusiastic, self-aware, and already had a great understanding of healthy eating
🧡We focused on making small, realistic tweaks to make meals even more nutrient-dense and support our bodies to function at their best.
💚Everyone went home with my weekly planner, and the whole session felt uplifting, interactive, and full of positivity
So grateful to have been part of it, and hopefully the first of many!
