📎This is the book I am confident recommending. It is for people who would like to find out more about a trauma without having any previous knowledge in this subject 📕📚
Big advantages of this position are:

🌟 form (of conversations between Oprah and Dr Perry) - easy to read and helps to understand difficult trauma terms explained in a simple way
🌟real life and poignant examples
🌟quality of publication (even graphs look like small pieces of art 🖼️ )

📍As with all the books on trauma, please read it only when you are ready and when the time is right for you.
🕰️ Pace yourself and be confident in taking breaks from reading when it gets too overwhelming.
Finally, know that as every trauma it can only be healed through real connection. Therefore, please contact professionals and seek help if you need.

I am pleased to share that from today I am officially a BACP Accredited Therapist 🥳 I never stop learning so that I am able to provide the best possible service to my clients 😊❤️

What does it mean to be ‘BACP Accredited’? BACP Accreditation is a well recognised quality mark (and a higher level of membership) to recognise a therapist’s highest standard of knowledge and experience 📝📖👩🏻‍💼

It feels surreal to now be in this position after all the years of hard work and sacrifice 🙈

It is a jolly time for the most but to many people it may be more challenging period of the year. I am thinking about those who:
